Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Casino Product Ownership
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the casino offering across the United States and Canada.
  • Identify and integrate the right content aggregators and suppliers for each market.
  • Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
  • Casino Operations & Promotions
  • Build and execute promotions, CRM campaigns, and player bonusing strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Partner with marketing to align casino offerings with brand strategy.
  • Product Experience (UI/UX)
  • Own the casino lobby, game presentation, and user flows.
  • Provide feedback and direction to design and engineering teams to continuously improve player experience.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a best-in-class product.
  • Performance & Insights
  • Track KPIs across acquisition, retention, revenue, and game performance.
  • Generate actionable insights and report to leadership on business health and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market and player analysis to inform strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on online casino within the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
