  • A well-established understanding of accounting, financial concepts, and controls

  • Ability to communicate efficiently through various channels
  • Experience in providing exceptional service and resolutions
  • 3 years of accounting shared service experience including customer solutions (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver successful results (Preferred)
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Excel (Preferred)
  • Superior communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of Broker Management Systems and IT ticketing system requirements (Preferred)
  • Insurance Accounting/Servicing background (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Maintain sustainable carrier relationships that allow Hub to stay informed of updates and changes
  • Respond and resolve accounting inquiries communicated directly from carriers
  • Store and upkeep carrier information such as addresses, payment instructions, login portals, invoice/statement distribution, and any additional accounting related details
  • Work in concert with corporate strategies and technical teams to ensure our Broker Management Systems are accurate
  • Monitor and safeguard carrier security administrator access
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
