  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP
  • Advanced proficiency of Excel and Google Sheets, including vlookups, xlookups, pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Experience with Sage Intacct and/or Netsuite preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage month-end accounting processes, including preparing journal entries, conducting flux analysis, financial statements and performing account reconciliations
  • Process General Ledger accounting tasks, including cash, investments, prepaids, deposits, fixed assets, accruals, stock option accounting
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including invoice processing, cash application and recording credit card transactions
  • Reconcile sales tax accounts in Anrok and ensure current state registrations are maintained
  • Calculate and record account allocations, deferred commissions and bonus accruals
  • Provide direct support for annual audits, tax return preparation (PBCs), system implementations and other projects as required
  • Develop and maintain thorough supporting documentation and internal controls
  • Manage lease accounting in compliance with ASC 842 standards
