  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience within training or human resources required
  • Exposure to training experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs and presentations
  • Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Self-directed with excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and drive training initiatives that align with business strategies
  • Be responsible for tracking and managing all training needs, including identifying training needs through internal stakeholder partnership
  • Maintain data and report out on critical training metrics for the identified locations
  • Maintain proper training documentation for all employees
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all training activities
  • Assess additional training needs and providers to meet the strategic needs of the business
