Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience in growth-focused teams with exposure to log analytics, security, or observability product areas
  • Data-driven with experience in executing growth strategies through A/B testing, user acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Experience working directly with technical engineering teams
  • BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Provide effective communication, leadership, and a customer-centric approach to drive product improvements and achieve rapid growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement product initiatives from conception to execution
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to push the boundaries of technology and create impactful user experiences
  • Lead the PLG Engineering and UX teams to design and implement growth strategies
  • Conduct extensive data analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor the effectiveness of growth initiatives
  • Oversee the development and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features and user journeys
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts and consistent user experience
  • Work with portfolio product managers to prioritize product enhancements that drive user growth and retention
  • Regularly present growth performance and insights to senior management informing strategic decisions
