  • Proven sales experience in the e-Learning, Education Technology and/or complex solution software sales industries
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and services sales cycles
  • Experience in SaaS sales to Academic Institutions, large corporates, and associations in the learning and development space
  • Track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of 25+ accounts at any given time
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers
  • Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions
  • Experience with learning-related enterprise systems (Learning Management Systems, Training and Assessment Systems, or similar) is an asset
  • Results-oriented attitude with a focus on driving business growth
  • Must be able to travel 40%+
Responsibilities
  • Driving enterprise sales efforts, selling directly as well as developing a network of channel partners
  • Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key prospects and channel partners to understand their needs and how to effectively position our products and services
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Using Salesforce CRM for regular reporting and analysis on sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
