Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Identify market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and operations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for clients
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics
Represent Polous at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or client-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
