Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in high growth enterprise SaaS companies
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading cross functional marketing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of demand generation marketing with experience leading digital marketing, performance marketing, media planning, product marketing, PR, and campaigns teams (high growth / quality revenue generating pipeline)
  • Demonstrated success in scaling an EMEA regional marketing team, with a primary focus on revenue marketing
  • Proven ability to attract top talent to drive fast growth and cultivate a world-class organization
  • Amazing collaborator at the leadership level, leading from the front through change and uncertainty
  • Growth mindset, always looking for creative solutions to solve challenges
  • Deep understanding of marketing best practices, including tools and technologies

Responsibilities
  • Strategically build a successful demand generation engine for the EMEA region
  • Create and utilize content designed to build awareness, and generate top of sales funnel pipeline
  • Drive revenue and lead acquisition by understanding why and how our key audience segments buy Matterport
  • Influence go to market strategy by planning and executing on demand generation programs
  • Lead with both short term and long term ROI driven thinking with a solid understanding of how campaign duration, channel mix and buyer personas play into the sales journey
  • Define the strategy and build a compelling roadmap, executing to exceed targets
  • Develop multi touch demand creation programs that generate awareness with our target audience and leverage both inbound and outbound tactics, including using digital advertising, paid search, content marketing, organic and paid social
  • Develop an inspiring vision and strategy for EMEA growth and expansion at Matterport
  • Leading a regional marketing team, developing and executing plans for achieving marketing and sales objectives across the region
  • Partner closely with the GM of EMEA to achieve regional business objectives, with a particular focus on growing the Marketing pipeline
  • Roll up your sleeves and work closely with the team to drive campaigns and programs, aligned with sales, to drive pipeline and bookings
  • Work closely with global marketing, sales, product, and finance to align and execute pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies
  • Leading a global team of marketing professionals focused on driving results and flawless execution
  • Hire, coach, develop and inspire your team. Set clear goals and measurements of success. Build strong global team cross-functional relationships
