Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-project/multi-task technical or Advisory & Assistance Services contract assignments

Responsibilities
  • Program Management Leadership: Strategic Planning & Resource Management: Lead all strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing initiatives to align resources with task requirements and mission objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish, communicate, and enforce rigorous quality standards for all work performed.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues impacting successful capability delivery.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with all administrative, contractual, and security requirements.
  • Government Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Maintain availability during core hours and respond to requests for discussion or technical resolution within 48 hours.
  • Security & Confidentiality: Handle classified (Secret/TS-SCI) information, correspondence, and communications in strict accordance with security protocols.
  • Expert Advisory Role: Provide high-level strategic advice, technical guidance, and authoritative recommendations to program and project teams.
  • Program Development: Initiate, supervise, and develop requirements from project inception to completion for complex to extremely complex programs.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Conduct detailed evaluations and provide recommendations for process improvements, optimization, and development to address client-specific or mission-critical challenges.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with stakeholders to define needs or resolve issues; supervise studies and surveys to collect and analyze data, providing actionable solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a recognized industry leader in the relevant technical or mission domain, ensuring best practices and innovative approaches are applied throughout the program lifecycle.
