Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling and presentation skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Accountability) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collegiately with finance colleagues & business customers.
Responsibilities
  • Provide relevant & accurate information to support commercial decisions
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting,& forecasts & annual budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insight
  • Work with finance colleagues to monitor revenue & pipeline forecasts
  • Assist in the development of client profitability analysis
  • Monitoring of key cost drivers by capability & type of spend
  • Review market information to support financial insight
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis on project work
