Requirements
  • A university degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a related field is required.
  • Applicants should be recent graduates or have up to two years of experience in production management in the construction sector.
  • Familiarity with safety and quality regulations on construction sites is required.
  • The role requires the ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Proactivity, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office and planning software, is required.
  • Availability to reside in Vitoria is required.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on the construction site.
  • Plan and organize the human and material resources required to execute the project.
  • Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout all production phases.
  • Track construction progress and prepare performance reports.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems while optimizing production processes.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to ensure proper project execution.
  • Manage and motivate the assigned work team.
