The Opportunity:
The Associate Pre-Sales Engineer will work with Euna Solutions down market Account Executives to drive engagement with potential prospects in a streamlined approach. This position will require strong marketing knowledge, production/editing experience, and ability to leverage emerging AI tools/products. The ASE will coordinate with other Euna personnel using a simplified SOW process ensuring proper knowledge transfer and customer onboarding. This position will work hand and hand with the sales team and the software engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly develop shareable content based on specific value propositions
- Monitor and manager numerous online demo video registrations and automated follow up campaigns
- Develop sales collateral for specific use cases/products
- Setup and maintain demo instances
- Be proficient in a multi-product high level demo presentation
- Build relationships with internal Euna technical resources to ensure rapid, iterative content creation
- Work closely with eCivis Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Software Engineering teams to ensure all media content is kept current
- Develop streamlined SOWs around common product use cases
- Assist in development of additional online tools
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance existing sales documentation
- Versatility in communicating the value proposition for all Euna Products
- Thorough knowledge of the entire down market customer experience
- Drive revenue by reducing technical friction for new and existing sales opportunities
- Support the customer success team in post-sales implementations/expansion opportunities
Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in a state or local government
- Experience using Euna Solutions products
- Video editing and production experience
- Experience in graphic design
- Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- At least 2+ years of SLED experience, within a professional services organization as a Sales Engineer or Solution Engineer with a technology consulting company or SaaS Company
- Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation
- Experience in data analysis, conversion, and migration, interfaces, and reports
- Experience with system design using configuration and/or customization, integration, testing, and support
Location:
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
