  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or a High School Diploma with minimum 7 years of experience in configuration documentation, establishing baselines, configuration control, and physical configuration audits
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration documentation, establishing baselines, configuration control, and physical configuration audits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with preferred experience setting up configuration management systems to manage and track Change Requests
  • Familiarity with configuration status accounting and compliance with organizational policies
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
Responsibilities
  • Provide configuration management support aligned to Integration & Operations, working closely with the Integration Lead, platform integration teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Design, establish, and maintain management documentation supporting integration planning and execution activities.
  • Establish and maintain configuration baselines for integration schedules, plans, procedures, deliverables, and operational artifacts.
  • Independently track, evaluate, and control Change Requests related to integration scope, schedules, plans, configurations, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate change impacts to platform integration activities, operational readiness, cost, schedule, and execution risk.
  • Participate in documenting, submitting, coordinating, and reviewing Change Requests, including tracking approvals and decision points.
  • Maintain configuration status accounting for integration-related configuration items and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge management system and repository for integration plans, schedules, execution artifacts, lessons learned, and controlled deliverables.
  • Ensure integration deliverables are version-controlled, traceable, and released in accordance with approved baselines.
  • Support configuration audits (functional and physical) to maintain baseline integrity across integration activities.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on CM methods, procedures, and documentation practices to integration and operations personnel.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Network, and Program Management teams to ensure alignment across functional baselines.
  • Support integration readiness reviews, execution milestones, and after-action documentation as required.
  • Participate in special studies as needed and provide work leadership to lower-level personnel when required.
  • Ensure compliance with the Serco Configuration Management Plan and applicable contractual requirements.
