- Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) in a related field with 10 years of experience in the areas specified above.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting comprehensive mathematical analyses, including but not limited to business case analyses, cost/benefit tradeoff studies, market surveys, and total ownership cost initiatives.
- Active Secret Clearance Required.
- Develop and refine mathematical models to accurately forecast demand for EO/IR systems and components, aiding in efficient resource allocation.
- Implement statistical methods to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the lifecycle support of EO/IR and laser systems.
- Create sophisticated statistical models and simulations to support decision-making processes, focusing on improving reliability and performance.
- Conduct in-depth data mining to uncover trends and perform comprehensive trend analysis, contributing to long-term strategic planning.
- Perform detailed risk assessments to evaluate potential impacts on project timelines, budgets, and outcomes, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
- Apply expertise in the AMSAA Reliability Growth Assessment Process or similar models to enhance system reliability and predict future performance.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency across the division.
- Provide analytical support for product support & logistics.
- Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) in a related field with 15 years of experience in mathematics or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in demand forecasting, risk management, statistical modeling, data mining, and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in the AMSAA Reliability Growth Assessment Process or similar reliability models.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent professional certification in statistics highly desired.
