Requirements
- College diploma / University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Planning preferred
- 3+ years of experience in roles with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Planning, Fulfillment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with ERP systems (Genius, Oracle) a plus
- Experience in customer service a plus
- Knowledge of material flows in manufacturing a plus
- Great organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with a team player and get-it-done attitude
- Proficiency of French and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Inventory, Production and Allocation coordination and prioritization via Excel
- Systematic entry of sales orders, assembly builds/work orders and purchase orders in ERP system (Genius, Oracle)
- Communication with customers regarding order statuses
- Coordination of RMA requests between external customers and internal stakeholders (logistics, quality, production)
- Communication with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Manufacturing, Planning and Fulfillment teams
- Participate in cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with other special projects as needed
