Requirements
  • College diploma / University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Planning preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in roles with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Planning, Fulfillment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with ERP systems (Genius, Oracle) a plus
  • Experience in customer service a plus
  • Knowledge of material flows in manufacturing a plus
  • Great organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset with a team player and get-it-done attitude
  • Proficiency of French and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
  • Inventory, Production and Allocation coordination and prioritization via Excel
  • Systematic entry of sales orders, assembly builds/work orders and purchase orders in ERP system (Genius, Oracle)
  • Communication with customers regarding order statuses
  • Coordination of RMA requests between external customers and internal stakeholders (logistics, quality, production)
  • Communication with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Manufacturing, Planning and Fulfillment teams
  • Participate in cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with other special projects as needed
