  • min 10+ years agency experience with strong sales background

Responsibilities
  • Manage the team, clients, agency ops, carrier relations, and selling ability
  • Work closely with Personal Lines team to develop sales and retention strategy
  • Develop leads, attend prospect & client appointments, and develop client relationships
  • Keep current with markets, products, and guidelines
  • Collect detailed risk and underwriting information
  • Prepare submission for the marketing of the accounts
  • Prepare quotes and analysis as required
  • Prepare and present new/renewal high-quality and accurate proposals to the client for presentation
  • Participate in marketing meetings and attend carrier meetings/functions
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain open item checklists, timelines, and coordinate meetings to meet the objectives of the client service plans
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, carriers, and referral sources
  • Continuously network and identify opportunities for networking
  • Bind and process new business
  • Maintain open communication with Account Managers and service team regarding pertinent information involving accounts
  • Assist in various projects and provide overall support to the sales team
