Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or custom solutions-based environment (audio-visual, IT, or similar industries).
  • Strong ability to generate and cultivate new leads while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and proposal generation to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand complex audio-visual solutions and translate technical features into clear benefits for clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking/reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads within target markets. Use a variety of sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with senior leadership to develop tailored sales strategies that align with both client needs and company goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within your accounts. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring that clients are informed, engaged, and satisfied.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and guide all deals through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication with potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge & Custom Solutions: Become an expert in our custom audio-visual solutions, understanding the technology, features, and benefits in depth to effectively present and recommend tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that deals are structured in a way that benefits both the client and the company. Close deals efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with the marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and delivery of services.
  • Sales Reporting & Metrics: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts to management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
