- Analyzes requirements, authors unit tests, acceptance tests.
- Works in a matrix program team environment.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong oral and technical writing skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- ITIL or PMP preferred.
