Samsung is looking for experienced Java developers to implement a distributed, clustered application in the cloud. The Samsung Data Platform (SDP) is a distributed, scale-out data storage product that we are evolving to support large scale cloud deployments. If you are interested in implementing distributed applications that scale to 1000s of nodes then come work for Samsung!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help develop SDP’s management server
• Implement management of large scale distributed clusters
• Debug and enhance existing functionality
• Help troubleshoot and fix issues

REQUIRED SKILLS

BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of REST and JSON
• Proficiency with Java required
• Multi-threaded programming experience required
• Distributed computing experience a plus
