  • 4+ years of Enablement or similar experience
  • 4+ years of designing and developing learning programming
  • Strong project management and process development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing - nice to have
Responsibilities
  • This is a full-time, in-office role based in Phoenix, Arizona
  • Develop a new hire onboarding program for CCS new hires that includes general company knowledge, product training, how to succeed in the role, etc
  • Once built, you will be responsible for facilitating this program for our incoming CCS hires - and iterating on the program as needed
  • Partner directly with Product Management to identify upcoming product releases, and roll out training on those new releases to our CCS team
  • Partner directly with CCS Leadership to assess training and skill gaps, and develop programming that resonates with team goals
  • Ensure high program engagement and effectiveness
  • Strategically balance the use of instructor led & on-demand resources and training to allow for scalability as the CCS organization grows
