Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in merchandising is required.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of the Wrangler product offering to meet or exceed corporate financial requirements.
  • Gather regional input, align regional needs, and consolidate inputs for the global design team as part of line plan management.
  • Participate in big-idea planning, provide segment volume estimates, and report progress against plans.
  • Provide and gather inputs and outputs supporting the go-to-market calendar at each milestone meeting.
  • Develop a strong understanding of consumer needs and gather consumer insights.
  • Track volume projections, cost targets, and margin expectations.
  • Maintain and track carryover styles and lifecycle management, ensuring styles are carried forward or dropped as needed.
  • Provide the final assortment to Technical, Product Development, Operations, and Sourcing teams and provide updates after line cleaning.
  • Create tools to communicate styles and share them with brand marketing and design counterparts for photoshoot coordination and hindsight reviews.
  • Track and record the costing process, including targets, briefs, prototypes, and bulk samples.
  • Communicate proactively about assortment and product changes.
  • Initiate ticketing needs.
  • Coordinate effectively among Design, Product Development, and Brand/Marketing partners.
  • Keep Operations and Sourcing informed of line decisions relevant to the product offering and work with them to achieve financial and inventory objectives.
  • Collect sample needs and coordinate sample execution.

Kontoor Brands posts record 2025 earnings as Helly Hansen exceeds expectations

Kontoor Brands has reported record revenue, earnings and cash flow for 2025, driven by strong performance from Wrangler and contributions from recently acquired Helly Hansen.
