As Agile Procurement Associate, you will support agile project execution by conducting research, analyzing data, and developing negotiation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will provide coaching on best practices, such as Partner to Win and design to value, while leading high-value projects and facilitating agile ceremonies. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic planning, change management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis across multiple projects to identify trends and support Agile Transformation Squad leads in project execution.
- Develop negotiation fact packs in collaboration with internal stakeholders, driving excellence in sourcing strategy, contract management, and performance.
- Provide coaching on negotiation best practices, including Partner to Win, design to value, should cost model, and Zero base budget to enhance procurement outcomes.
- Lead high-value projects in collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and senior stakeholders to impact the bottom line, while seeking expert guidance to refine negotiation strategies.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Contribute to the development of agile transformation roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, milestones, and governance structures for effective project tracking.
- Promote continuous learning and innovation by fostering a culture of experimentation within the procurement function, incorporating industry trends and agile methodologies into project strategies.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience (5-7+ years) in a procurement role
- Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, with experience implementing agile practices in complex organizational environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and deliver results within project timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural, global organization
