Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in a Deals or Value Creation role, with extensive end-to-end experience in post-merger integration and carve-out work on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in Integration Blueprinting and Planning, Day 1 Readiness, Synergy Development, TSA Assessment and Management, Due Diligence, Equity Story, Target Operating Model, and IMO or Separation PMO.
  • Significant senior leadership exposure and a proven history of coaching and guiding teams.
  • A proven track record of originating and delivering large, complex transactions.
  • Extensive experience with Private Equity clients and portfolio company situations.
  • Strong influence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build a challenger firm from the ground up.
Responsibilities
  • Originate and develop client and engagement opportunities through focused business development, including leading pitches, thought leadership, and events.
  • Co-develop the future operating model for deals with the wider team and lead the thinking on the artificial intelligence toolkit required to innovate new propositions and client services.
  • Lead and deliver high-impact client engagements across post-merger integration, carve-out, and value creation for Private Equity and corporate clients.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team and coach Senior Managers and Managers to become future leaders.
  • Collaborate with the wider Unity Advisory leadership team to evolve firm strategy and service offerings.
  • Represent Unity Advisory in the market and build a trusted advisor profile with clients, investors, and partners.
Desired Qualifications
  • The ability to develop a personal market, propositions, and toolkit, with a clear runway to a Partner role.
  • Experience working in a Big Four or top-tier advisory environment.
  • Experience advising Private Equity and/or corporate clients at the C-suite level.
