Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, engineering, communications, or other relevant field.
  • North America market sales experience, more than 2 years of experience in EV charging equipment, parts, or services sales, and relevant customer contacts are preferred.
  • Track record of progressive sales growth of technical products in any of Automotive, Commercial, or Industrial segments. Fleet, Auto OEM, and Auto Dealership experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally on business trips or short-term concurrent residence.
  • Possess critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data into meaningful results. Have clear logic, negotiation skills and proven track record of motivating teams.
  • Mastered skills of handling internal and external relations, understand basic business etiquette, and be able to independently receive customer visits.
  • Language requirements: English written and spoken communication ability.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with a direct sales approach and innovative marketing and promotional tactics.
  • Track and develop EV charging and industrial projects- understand product needs, coordinate internal resources of the company, target high value and strategic programs.
  • Lead the business negotiation with customers and support the whole life cycle process of the project from early engagement to contract review and subsequent product delivery.
  • Meticulously grasp the company's product line, understand the competitive situation/landscape, demand, provide market feedback, VOC and position product for success.
  • Lead the quotation at each stage of the project. Price product based on value proposition and competitive comparisons.
  • Participate in green energy industry related exhibitions and obtain the latest development information in the industry.
