• Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends!

What You'll Be Doing

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
• Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit

Full-Time BCBA Benefits

At The Treetop ABA, we believe growth should be rewarding — for our clients and our team. Here’s what you can look forward to when you join us:

• Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)
• Generous Sign-On Bonus - Based on start date and location
• Student loan repayment (A new incentive!) - earn up to $437 per month toward your loans!
• 3 week Paid Sabbatical! Three weeks fully paid after 36 months, 100% separate from and in addition to your PTO
• Attractive monthly performance bonuses with clear, attainable benchmarks - opportunities to make up to $2,600 per month ($31,200 annually)

• Hybrid schedule: 1-2 WFH days each week, depending on clinical needs
