Requirements
  • 4-6 years relevant experience in enablement or customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space
  • Track record of success collaborating with technical stakeholders
  • Superior organizational skills working with multiple stakeholders and have the ability to switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands and attention to detail
  • Strong Project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to gain the trust of reps and revenue leaders and to have a trusted voice
  • Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach, empower, and inspire

Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize curriculum & programs to improve the productivity of our technical field
  • Maintain knowledge of Algolia's Platform required to train technical revenue audiences
  • Design hands-on and virtual workshops including managing logistics, creating presentations, lesson plans, activities and labs collaboratively and independently
  • Build eLearning content to support the online delivery of a hybrid curriculum
  • Work with engineering, customer success, support, marketing and product management to keep up-to-date with a fast-evolving platform, product, messaging, product capabilities, and new processes
  • Communicate regular progress/status to key stakeholders in Revenue Enablement, Ops, and Revenue Engineering Leadership
  • Implement and administer certifications through onboarding & ongoing programs to ensure knowledge retention and adherence to the process
  • Stay fresh by assisting in the Sales process including discovery, demo, Proofs of Concept (POC), RFP responses & business justification
  • Collect, distill and advocate for customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product and Engineering
  • Continuously learn about industry trends in the Search and Discovery space, and contribute to thought leadership to make Algolia more accessible to the world
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from revenue engineering team
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with tech stack like Salesforce.com, Highspot, Workramp, Chorus.ai
  • Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas: Front End: Back-End: Java, Javascript, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C
  • 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS organization
  • Experience in a hyper growth environment
