Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Five or more years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, short-lead-time environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program execution from quote handoff through production and delivery.
  • Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for program status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews and internal status meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to customer specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Maintain detailed program documentation, including timelines, change requests, and post-program reviews.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in metal fabrication, stamping, welding, or precision manufacturing.
  • Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience.
  • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Strong customer-facing experience.
