Requirements
  • A proven track record of shipping artificial intelligence products to real users under real-world constraints, rather than only research, experiments, or prototypes.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, large language model-based systems, and agentic architectures, with strong system design instincts and a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
  • Ability to turn messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications that humans and artificial intelligence systems can act on.
  • Ability to engage closely with customers and let real workflows shape the product.
  • Rigor in verification, feedback loops, evaluation, and building systems that can be trusted.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Ability to operate independently amid ambiguity and commit fully to the venture.
Responsibilities
  • Set the venture's technical direction and lead execution as co-founder and Chief Technology Officer.
  • Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment from day one, translating rough product intent into structure, context, and specifications that humans and artificial intelligence systems can execute against.
  • Use modern tools and frontier models to build quickly without sacrificing quality or maintainability, designing agentic systems and choosing orchestration only when it provides genuine leverage.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations, understand real workflows, and shape the product accordingly.
  • Prove there is something worth scaling before focusing on scale, prioritizing traction before team building.
  • Contribute to fundraising, including investor conversations and due diligence.
  • Recruit and grow a technical team when appropriate and establish the company's cultural foundation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Fundraising experience.
