  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience as an AI/ ML Engineer or similar roles.
  • Solid foundational understanding of traditional ML & Generative AI concepts.
  • Practical experience in GenAI application development, Prompt Engineering & running detailed evaluations.
  • Strong analytical skills - to understand deep patterns in client data, troubleshoot model performance issues & suggest innovative solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of API frameworks and various Integration protocols.
  • Ability to work with different data structures and handle basic transformations in order to automate certain components of the application.
  • Experience with solution design, cloud based solution architecture, and integrations.
  • Proficient with relevant programming languages and technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Build and customize Agentic AI applications for Fortune 500 companies
  • Align GenAI solutions with customer needs and business goals
  • Lead deployment of GenAI applications at enterprise scale
  • Analyze customer data structures and integrate with existing systems
  • Implement APIs and integration protocols for seamless connectivity
  • Evaluate and improve AI model performance
  • Identify patterns in data to troubleshoot and recommend enhancements
  • Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, product, and customer success
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand needs and provide technical guidance
