  • 2+ years of experience in digital media “hands-on-keyboard” buying and strategy, including programmatic
  • An understanding and interest in programmatic and RTB. Must have a desire to understand technology and strategy, while excelling in data quantifying
  • Experience in Demand Side Platform executions and knowledge of operations
  • Strategic thinking, solution oriented, and proactive client service skills
  • Proven client communication skills
  • Strong issue resolution and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment
  • Professional and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working with Basis Customer Experience to identify and satisfy customer needs during the training process
  • Using core knowledge and on-the-job training of programmatic to propose strategic campaigns that meet client's objectives and KPIs
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with creative, tactics, DSP software, and PTSS digital ad campaigns when necessary
  • Reviewing campaigns daily while adjusting those that need pacing and optimizations
  • Maintaining healthy relationships with clients and provide Raving Fan Service
  • Assisting in improving efficiency throughout the PST support process
  • Assisting in educating clients on best practices for campaign set up and optimizations
  • Attending kick off and hand off client calls and check-ins based on agreed upon cadence with CSM for PST clients
  • Leading strategy and performance optimization trainings with PST clients
  • Assisting in educating MSO on new features, products, technologies, DSP best practices, campaign performance, and optimization recommendations, as needed
  • Fielding Front support tickets submitted by internal teams, as needed
  • Providing feedback and participate in BETA testing for new features working with the product team
