  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of hands on experience
  • Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and technologies, including sensors, actuators, and control systems
  • Proficiency in hardware and design and analysis tools, including CAD software such as Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, EPLAN, etc
  • Experience with embedded systems design and microcontroller programming
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of hardware engineers with diverse backgrounds and skills
  • Define and execute the hardware engineering processes, standards, and best practices to ensure high quality deliverables and compliance with industry regulations
  • Set up and maintain systems, workflows, and documentation to manage supply chain, R&D, integration, deployment, and after service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by successful and on-time delivery of hardware systems
  • R&D in the conceptualization and application of new technologies
  • Build, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and document electromechanical and robotic systems as well as test setups
  • Design and manage global and local supply chain for parts ordering, parts receiving, inspection, and documentation
  • Set up and maintain hardware R&D and manufacturing facilities
  • Workshop for prototyping, manufacturing, and quality assurance
  • Inventory and warehouse management
  • Collaborate with sales, integration, and operations teams both within Mujin Corp and Mujin group companies globally
