Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of directly applicable professional experience in instructional design, facilitation, and content management.
  • Familiarity and experience with LMS software(s), as well as tech and software savvy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, as well as thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with public speaking and facilitating live trainings.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • An interest in photography, outdoor gear, cycling, travel, or powersports is a plus.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10 times per year within North America, and at least once per year to Europe.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain the LMS system with the latest brand and product information in an engaging and efficient way.
  • Work with Sales and Sales Enablement on training strategy for key accounts like Best Buy and REI.
  • Design, develop, and implement Gear Expert Training and Knowledge tests.
  • Identify and meet product training needs of the Customer Service team.
  • Deliver tailored training to the wholesale, sales rep, distribution, and retail network.
  • Travel to lead and run training events and support sales teams at trade shows within North America.
  • Ensure training is accessible across multiple languages and platforms to support the diverse wholesale network.
  • Launch training prior to new product launches to support all verticals.
  • Create and distribute trainings on wholesale systems used externally (e.g., asset manager, monthly reporting structure).
