  • Knowledge of the parts involved when working with data, technical projects, and marketing automation platforms
  • The competence, confidence and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates and budgets
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to thrive in a flat, past-faced, and dynamic organization
Responsibilities
  • Forecast, plan, and monitor resources and budgets
  • Manage stakeholder communication with department leads and ensure accurate resource forecasting based on the workstream roadmap projects, both short and long term
  • Ensure collaboration and strong communication among team members by making sure that all team members stay up to date on the latest changes, are trained in processes and tools, as well VML MAP frameworks and ways of working
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to make sure recruitment needs are up to date. Moreover, ensure a consistent onboarding plan for new people starting in the team
  • Being a daily sparring partner to the team
