Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two years of applicable experience in the behavioral health field is preferred.
  • Bilingual ability is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, ideally in healthcare or mental health, is required or strongly relevant.
  • Ability to communicate empathetically about sensitive topics is required.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions autonomously, and collaborate effectively with a team is required.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and their families throughout the admissions journey, offering reassurance and guidance.
  • Manage the entire admissions process and facilitate internal communication to optimize client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Communicate and clarify information for callers, clients, and families to ensure they understand the organization’s offerings.
  • Respond to phone inquiries professionally and courteously while conveying the benefits of the programs and services.
  • Maintain organized records and adapt to shifting priorities while providing client support.
  • Complete necessary documentation promptly and keep electronic records accurate and current.
Desired Qualifications
