  • Partner with design to define an editorial content strategy, calendar and ongoing process to deliver always-on topical blogs, articles, emails, etc that drive consumer engagement
  • Partner with brand marketing to develop content that delivers against the brand strategy and drives engagement across brand platforms (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Indeed)
  • Create lead nurture marketing strategy to drive account creation through scheduling and program adherence
  • Develop consumer marketing strategies, designed to deliver high ROI, across health plan lines of business including commercial, Medicare and Medicaid
  • Create audience insights using third-party sources and partnering on proprietary research to develop consumer empathy, identify pain points and solutions
  • Develop creative strategic briefs informed by our brand goals and audience insights
  • Track campaign performance, evaluate results, identify best performing marketing activities, refine plan and implement improvements into future marketing initiatives
  • Identify new ideas, technologies and solutions to meet emerging consumer needs and optimize user experience, leveraging competitive assessments and consumer insights
  • Route and track communications through legal and key stakeholder approval
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strength in storytelling and crafting a clear narrative; proficient with Powerpoint or Google Slides. Any basic design or editing skills is a plus!
