Requirements
  • 12+ years in field marketing, preferably within financial services.
  • Experience in SaaS is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services sector and its challenges, with a proven track record of executing campaigns that drive both new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing field marketing strategies that achieve lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement integrated field and partner marketing campaigns tailored to regional needs.
  • Partner with sales and client success leaders to ensure alignment of global field and partner marketing priorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales teams and partners.
  • Work closely with demand generation and portfolio/product marketing teams to create compelling content.
  • Plan and manage regional and national events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
