Requirements
- You have at least 10+ years of strategic Human Resources, D&I and program management experience as part of global matrix organization/s
- You have advanced knowledge of global program development in the areas of diversity and inclusion, organizational development and change management
- You're a strong project manager across multiple work-streams and can work in partnership with cross functional partners
- Experience with strategic operations, consulting, and crafting data-driven diversity program strategies
- Experience engaging directly with executive-level clients, country managers and stakeholders
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple overlapping priorities
- You are flexible, conscientious, and have an innovative approach to problem solving, able to address and handle sensitive topics across the global landscape of diversity with every level in the workplace
- You are able to optimally engage audiences spanning all levels of seniority and account for varying points of reference to drive collective DEIB journeys
- You operate with empathy and pragmatic judgment, accounting for the broader organizational DEIB mission and not one's personal point of reference
- Having worked in the Tech, Media and/or Entertainment industry is a huge plus

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local European country leaders and stakeholders to establish initiatives, interrupters and action that drive region-specific goals and areas of focus
- Serve as a DEIB business partner for our Global Product & Technology teams by developing toolkits and standard methodologies to equip the team with tools and resources, aimed at growing and retaining underrepresented band members
- Partner with leaders and TA to Implement workplace strategies to attract and hire a dynamic and multi-generational workforce
- Design and drive European and country specific inclusion programs that support the implementation of the long term vision for DEIB
- Identify and build relationships with external partners that deliver impact and support our diversity, inclusion and belonging strategies for all underrepresented groups
- Analyze talent demographics while monitoring external and internal data trends and adjust DEIB strategies accordingly
- Act as an internal subject-matter-expert on diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging trends and data
- Drive approach for how to best track, measure and report on relevant DEIB metrics
- Be a visible and inspiring DEIB champion communicating regularly to the region on all things DEIB related
