Responsibilities
  • Underwriter of Event Cancellation, Weather and marketing for PPI products
  • Maintain existing broker relationships
  • Recruit new broker relationships
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from retail agents and carriers ensuring the highest level of customer service standards are met, bringing communication to a satisfactory resolution
  • Release renewal quotes in accordance with established departmental procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and meeting compliance and service level standards
  • Proactively stay abreast of system changes and company guidelines
  • Travel for underwriting and marketing purposes
