Technical Solutions Price to Win Strategist
The Opportunity:
Our Corporate Growth Office is seeking a price to win strategist focused on technical solutions. You will be responsible for developing independent solution alternatives, including price components derived from internal modeling and external cost analysis software platforms, and offering competitive cost estimates and price strategies. You will work on the firm’s highest priority deals and inform business decisions ranging from opportunity pursuits to investments. You will utilize data-driven methodologies and be able to clearly articulate technical and price trade-off recommendations to senior leaders. You will be expected to produce and support cost-related strategy documents, including briefing and Green Team decks, Excel models, white papers, BOEs, and staffing models. You will lead, manage, and simultaneously close multiple opportunity pursuits across the firm’s sectors and representing a variety of technical capabilities. The Corporate Growth Office often works in cross-functional settings with Contracts, Pricing, or Capture Management, so you will be an excellent collaborator and comfortable with large teams.

You Have:
10+ years of experience developing and delivering technical solutions for Federal Government clients
5+ years of experience developing cost estimates and performing alternate solution analysis and Price to Win assessments
Experience building Basis of Estimates for a variety of technical solutions, including hardware, software, integrated systems, cyber solutions, or complex IT solutions
Experience developing and using Work Breakdown Structures
Ability to research and communicate competitor technical solutions, cost implications associated with alternative solutions, risk mitigation, and competitive landscape with senior leadership
Experience with cost estimation tools, such as the SEER family of tools
Ability to identify impacts and risks on delivery associated with pricing strategies implemented in the proposal
Experience with multi-hundred million to multi-billion dollar Information Technology, Cloud, or Managed Services bids
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
