  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant area of responsibility
  • Proven experience in a project management or marketing role, preferably in a healthcare, pharma or medtech environment
  • Familiarity with project management principles, methodologies, and tools, ideally within the Medical Device or healthcare industry
  • Fluent in the country language and English (presenting, writing, reading); additional languages are an asset
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work in an international environment with diverse standards
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategy processes, including the development and maintenance of templates and guidelines
  • Manage and execute project plans for product launches, marketing initiatives, and process improvement projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines and resource allocation
  • Support the creation and maintenance of governance frameworks to ensure effective execution of marketing projects
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholder & partners to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in identifying resource requirements and support the effective allocation of resources to meet project goals and monitor project progress and report on milestones, etc.
  • Contribute to ongoing risk assessment and continuous improvement efforts
  • Help establish and maintain quality standards and processes within the marketing management framework to ensure successful project execution
  • Participate in quality reviews and inspections to verify that deliverables meet specifications and customer requirement
  • Maintain dashboards to track and share project progress with relevant teams
