Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience selling SaaS applications, including Salesforce.
  • Experience working in Professional Services.
  • Proven track record of sales and quota achievement.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and conferences on occasion.
  • Direct experience within the Higher Education Industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall client relations strategy.
  • Work with industry partners in the Salesforce sales cycle.
  • Develop and qualify leads.
  • B2B sales of professional services to include implementation, training, support, advising, and apps.
  • Create proposals for services following meetings with potential clients.
  • Coordinate contracts for services, ensuring client understanding, answering questions, obtaining signature(s), and providing appropriate follow-up.
  • Serve as client’s advocate relationship manager.
  • Meet sales quotas.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
