• Manage & monitor product quality, turn‐time SLA’s & margins.
• Analyze data and identify areas of improvement to enhance productivity.
• Implement offshore processes where available.
• Work with underwriting group to implement & refine procedures & protocols.
• Manage profit & loss statement including but not limited to cost analysis & assisting regional manager with developing annual budget.
• Collaborate with regional manager & sales liaison on customer growth initiatives.
• Employee capacity planning including rightsizing headcount based on volume trends.
• Facilitate hiring, terminations, performance monitoring & training.
• Coach & mentor team to develop a pipeline of talent to meet future needs.
• Maintain compliance with and promote company policies & good housekeeping practices.
• Provide management reports at set intervals.
• Approve monthly vendor invoices & billing.
• Approve expense reports & employee timecards.
• Special projects, as assigned.
