Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 7+ years as HRBP or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence with authenticity
  • Proven track record of coaching, developing, and advising managers
  • Highly collaborative with a track record of building strong relationships across all levels
  • Strategic mindset and ability to manage complexity with ease
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style, and able to build trust at all levels

Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership through advising, influencing, and coaching senior leaders and managers on all matters relating to performance, development, engagement, and retention of employees
  • Partner with organizational leaders to understand key objectives and org challenges and drive high-impact initiatives
  • Coach and advise leaders on employee relations and performance management issues
  • Create programs to identify and develop high-potential employees and advise on workforce planning
  • Collaborate with leaders on designing career paths and creating developmental plans
  • Partner with the broader HR team to diagnose inefficiencies and propose high-impact solutions
  • Advise leaders on organizational processes, initiatives, and change management
  • Assess employee satisfaction and recommend solutions for driving employee engagement
  • Act as mediator and advisor to enhance employee relations and increase cross-functional communication
  • Ensure compliance with Wish policies and conduct internal investigations when necessary
  • Coach and mentor managers and co-create programs for their continuous development
