- 10+ years or proven experience in product, program, project management delivering data solutions, processes and managing data products for large scale complex business process/technology transformation initiatives
- Experience implementing and managing key data ops processes including data orchestration, data governance, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and data monitoring and observability.
- Deep knowledge of version control implementation approaches such as GitHub
- Solid grasp of information security, compliance and regulatory landscape and experience working with data initiatives in a highly regulated environment.
- Advanced understanding of the technical architecture of data pipelines, warehousing, and data management systems, and knowledge of data pipeline design and data transformation standard methodologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Collaborate with partners to define a data quality strategy including data quality standards, governance policies, and key performance indicators to measure success
- Manage the deployment processes of data and associated quality solutions, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes for efficiency across distributed teams, systems and data.
- Partner with technical partners and internal resources to build and maintain sustainable data pipelines and data quality solutions needed to for functional and reporting business use-cases (operational and analytical).
- Partner with Data Governance to implement governance policies and contribute to data hygiene by promoting data quality awareness.
- Identify efficiencies to automate data processing tasks, developing and deploying data pipelines using tools like ETL/ELT platforms, and managing data workflows.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, lead, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of internal partners.
- Scrum Master Certification
