Responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing client’s current performance to prepare for client meetings through knowledge of Billtrust’s solutions.
  • Regularly track and analyze KPIs to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Be a go-to source for client-related sales and relationship issues for the Vertical Sales and Enterprise Sales teams.
  • Work closely with Account Managers on client calls and web meetings.
  • Drive demand for add-ons and cross-sells with targeted campaigns.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Communicate directly with customers in order to drive attendance at Billtrust events and generate leads for specific products.
  • Continuously develop and maintain a deep understanding of Billtrust's products and services to effectively address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
