- Analysis of existing client accounts for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of requests and solutions
- Communicate status of client relationships clearly and timely
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations
- Participate in strategic planning and market assessment
- Assist in product marketing and competitive analysis
- Track metrics for programs and activities
- Other duties as assigned
