Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- At least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record are required.
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail are required.
- Comfort using smartphones, computers, and reporting tools is required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds is required.
- Ability to assist passengers using wheelchairs is required.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Reliability and willingness to learn are required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor autonomous vehicles and help keep passengers safe.
- Take control of the vehicle when needed.
- Watch for unusual vehicle behavior and report issues.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Answer passenger questions and provide customer service.
- Complete daily reports using digital tools.
- Work independently and stay alert during shifts.
- Complete 4–5 hours of online training and 5 days of in-person training before starting regular shifts.
Desired Qualifications
- Autonomous vehicle experience is preferred.
