- This is a full-time onsite position.
- Ensure that all your deliveries meet the KPI, metrics and quality expected and set beforehand.
- Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within the projects assigned to you.
- Ensure daily communication with the PM about assignments, project status and set priorities.
- Keep a correctprioritization of the projects assigned to you.
- Keep a healthy environment with all the members of the team.
- Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all your projects assigned.
- Work with your PM to detect and raise any potential issues or improvements in projects.
- Contribute to create a global team for successful delivery of AI Data Services.
- Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes, and business goals.
- Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.
