A Day in the Life

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Lot History Records (LHR) Reviewers to join the Billerica, MA site. LHR Reviewers will be responsible for reviewing and verifying documentation related to the manufacturing process, ensuring patient safety and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

As an LHR Reviewer, you will be essential in making sure our cutting edge cardiac ablation devices meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm; $22/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm; $22/hr + $1.50 shift differential
• 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10pm - 6:30am; $22/hr + $3 shift differential

What You'll Do:

• Review and verify data contained in lot history records, including signatures, dates, and training records.
• Perform mathematical calculations to subtract rejects and match numbers in a batch.
• Identify and report documentation issues to shift supervisors.

Work Environment:

• You'll be working in a cleanroom environment. PPE is required.
• You'll spend the majority of your shift working on a computer.

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):

• Requires minimum of 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail, ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to report issues effectively.
• Full English reading proficiency and verbal comprehension.
• Intermediate English speaking ability

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Prior experience with SAP or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role within the medical device manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Transferable paperwork review experience from roles such as quality inspector, line inspector, team lead, group lead, or equivalent.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$37,200.00 - $55,800.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $22.00 per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
