Salary Range: 90000 to 130000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

As a project manager, you will join a group of entrepreneurial and innovative colleagues who are passionate about improving mobility and accessibility in the communities we serve. We partner with public and private sector clients such as cities, transit agencies and major tech firms, striving to be their most trusted advisors by delivering cutting-edge technical expertise while embodying the diversity of our market area.
You will manage complex and widely varied projects from day one with the support of senior leaders across our planning and engineering disciplines. Responsibilities
- Collaboratively lead a variety of projects, which may include traffic and transit simulation, parking and transportation demand management (TDM) plans, multimodal corridor studies, safety data and analysis studies, bicycle and pedestrian studies, regional transportation plans, and more
- Analyze and solve complex transportation planning or engineering problems involving all travel modes
- Communicate clearly and concisely using strong writing and presentation skills
- Make effective, timely and informed recommendations to elected officials, managers, and decision-makers
- Develop and expand high-quality internal and client relationships
Qualifications
- 4 - 8 years of directly relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas: transportation planning (e.g., bicycle or transit plans, infrastructure finance, transportation and land use policy), transportation operations analysis, transportation engineering and streetscape design, TDM, and/or travel demand forecasting
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in transportation, civil engineering, urban and regional planning, or a related major (e.g., geography, math, statistics, economics)
- Excellent technical writing and public speaking skills
- Experience with project management and marketing
- Professional license (highly desirable)
- Willingness to travel to other geographic markets, on occasion
